Michelle’s cancellation & No show policy: I ask that any cancellation be made 24 hours in advance if possible and no fee will be charged. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a non refundable 20% of the total service/ services booked. If you cancel last minute (within 2 hours of scheduled appointment) a non refundable 30% of scheduled service will be charged/ billed. If you cancel twice a deposit will be required upon booking a 3rd time If you cancel 3 times you will not be rescheduled No shows will be billed and charged total service amount. If you no show twice you will not be rescheduled.
